Frances Crouse, 51, of the 100 block of Willis Lane, got into an altercation with her boyfriend and another woman at the intersection of State and Windsor streets around 5:20 p.m. on Oct. 18, 2024, according to police.
During the fight, Crouse allegedly used her white BMW to intentionally crash into the other woman’s vehicle while her child was inside, officers said.
Based on the circumstances, she was charged with Endangering the Welfare of Children.
Her arrest was recorded on Jan. 2, 2025, authorities said.
